Question #1: How do i order a custom or tack?
To order a custom or tack you have to go to the contact me section in "more. . ." and contact me or go to my youtube channel page and send me a message on youtube if you have (i do prefer youtube because i don't check my email a lot)
Question #2: If i order a custom what happens?
If you happen to order a custom what will happen is that you and I will calculate, message (on youtube is better) and talk about what mold, size, and colours (and details) you want. and you will private message me your address and i will message you mine and you will have to send the model you want customized, the total cost of the model customization and shipping cost, and a note saying your who you are so i dont get mixed up. Then i will customize your model and you will get it back after i have done it and its done in a coat of matte finish.
Question #3: How much do customs cost?
Customs will cost:
simple colours (bays, chestnuts, blacks, grays not dapple, palominos and buckskins):
Traditional: $25
Classic: $20
Padock Pal: $15
Stablemate: $7
Mini Whinnie: $5
complex colours (dappled, paints/pintos, appaloosas, and anything you can think of):
Traditional: $30
Classic: $25
Padock Pal: $20
Stablemate: $10
Mini Whinnie: $7
Shipping Charges:
USA (US): $10
UK: $12
CAN: $9
OTHER: $8-$20 (depending but i don't think there will be a $20 shipping)
Question #4: My tack/custom did not come, where is it?
Its probably still on its way, wait a bit longer, it will come i promiss, i don't rip people off, i'm a good, true person. Trust a fellow horse/breyer lover :)
